This Nerve will provide you with an instant snapshot of how sales orders are tracking in your business. You will have visibility into how your team are progressing with sales and understand the orders that are yet to be processed.
This Nerve will provide a quick and efficient way to search through your sales orders and understand how they are tracking. The Nucleus platform has 3 types of Sales Order statuses:
New order, Packed order and Billed order. When any one on your System creates a new order (for example, the customer, sales team member, or admin team member), it is automatically marked in ‘New order’ status. For the status to change, your factory or administration team need to pick and pack and finalise the New order through our paperless ‘Operational packing Nerve’. Once the order is finalised, the status of the order will change to ‘Packed’. When you import or sync the open bill into your accounting package, the status of the Bill changes to a ‘Billed order’.
The Sales Order List Nerve allows you – in real time – to search through all the orders by status and filter by date and customer to instantly understand how orders are tracking.
